The British Association of Cleaning in Higher Education (BACHE) was established in 2004 with funding from the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). The Association is one of eleven organisations forming the Higher Education Estates Forum Association (HEEFA) that has a remit associated with Estates and Facilities Management in Higher Education.
BACHE membership is a space to network with other institutions and share knowledge. Being a member of BACHE gives you access to grants, such as that from the British Cleaning Council (BCC), as well as best practice guidance and industry specific knowledge. Taking place at Manchester Met University.The Annual Conference offers a perfect opportunity network with others in the industry and meet with suppliers as well as acquiring new skills. The conference also plays host to the annual award ceremony where we find out the winner for each of the three awards.
